Fujian Baicheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (BACN), also known as MORCITY, is a company focused on providing integrated solutions for electric vehicle (EV) charging. The company develops and operates intelligent, super-fast charging stations in urban environments, offering services that cover the entire lifecycle from station construction and operation to maintenance.

Established in 2015, BACN began as a charging network operator in Fujian and was among the first in the industry to create a charging Internet of Things (IoT) R&D center. The company achieved an angel round of financing and began operating bus charging stations through a public-private partnership (PPP) model in November of the same year. A significant milestone occurred in March 2020, when BACN entered into a joint venture with Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL), China's largest automotive lithium-ion battery manufacturer. In this venture, BACN holds a 51% stake, while CATL holds 49%.

BACN's business model is centered on providing one-stop solutions through a "vehicle, pile, network, service" framework. This includes hardware like charging piles and modules, and software platforms for managing charging operations. Their services extend to station hosting, lithium battery safety detection, and integrated solutions for photovoltaics, energy storage, charging, and inspection (optical storage, charging, and inspection). The company serves various clients by offering intelligent charging solutions and operational support. In 2023, the company launched its supercharging series and was recognized as a "specialized, refined, and new" small and medium-sized enterprise in Fujian Province.
