Büyütech is a Turkish technology company that designs, develops, and manufactures camera-based advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) for the automotive industry. Founded in 2011 by Ömer Orkun Düztaş and Alparslan Işıklı, the company started as an R&D firm in ODTÜ Teknokent, initially focusing on industrial image processing solutions before pivoting to the automotive sector. The co-founders, both engineers from Middle East Technical University (METU), have guided the company from its early days in an Ankara living room to becoming a key supplier for major automotive brands.

The company's business model is centered on providing end-to-end, vertically integrated solutions, from hardware design and manufacturing to embedded software and AI-powered computer vision algorithms. Büyütech operates Turkey's first automotive-grade camera production facility, which is IATF 16949 compliant and has an annual production capacity of 800,000 units, with plans to expand to over 3 million. This allows the company to serve OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers with scalable and cost-effective perception systems that comply with global safety regulations like EU GSR-II. Its client portfolio includes prominent names such as Togg, Ford Trucks, Stellantis, and Hidromek.

Büyütech's product range covers both interior and exterior vehicle monitoring. Exterior systems include front ADAS cameras that support features like auto emergency braking and lane-keeping assist, as well as surround-view and side-mirror camera systems that provide a 360-degree bird's-eye view to eliminate blind spots and improve fuel efficiency. Interior products feature Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) to detect driver fatigue and distraction and Occupant Monitoring Systems (OMS) that can identify passengers and child seats to enhance safety. A key partnership with P3 digital services led to the first-ever bird's-eye view surround camera integration on the Android Automotive OS.

The company has successfully secured significant funding to fuel its growth. After an initial investment from Farplas in 2021, Büyütech closed a $4.23 million funding round in August 2023, reaching a post-money valuation of $28.23 million. Investors include Kros Otomotiv, Maxis Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi, and Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi. Büyütech aims to become a unicorn (a startup valued at over $1 billion) by 2028 and is targeting an IPO by 2030.
