Avantos provides an AI-native operating system designed to overhaul how financial institutions manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to servicing. Founded in 2024 by Bassam Chaptini and Rabih Ramadi, the New York-based company aims to replace fragmented legacy systems with a single, intelligent platform.

The platform is built on a knowledge graph that connects client information, products, service teams, and workflows. This allows its AI agents to reason across relationships, orchestrate work, and execute tasks, moving beyond simple data insights to active execution. Features include AI-powered co-pilots tailored to a firm's data, automated orchestration of workflows, a 'SmartBuilder' for creating onboarding events, and an ecosystem of pre-built connectors for integration with existing CRMs, portfolio management tools, and other core systems. The system is designed to handle complex client hierarchies and provide a seamless user interface with collaboration tools. This approach helps financial institutions deliver a more consistent, personalized, and compliant client experience across wealth management, insurance, retirement, and banking sectors.

Avantos operates on a B2B SaaS model, serving clients such as asset managers, private banks, insurance carriers, broker-dealers, and independent RIAs. The company has secured significant funding, including a $10 million seed round in September 2024 and a $25 million Series A round in February 2026, led by Bessemer Venture Partners. Strategic investors and clients include industry leaders like Vanguard, The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, SEI, and Mercer Advisors. This capital is being used to enhance the platform's AI capabilities and deepen integrations.
