The system automatically creates and enriches contact and company profiles by syncing with users' email and calendars, capturing data points like job titles, employee counts, and interaction history. It also offers advanced reporting and analytics, pipeline and deal management, and an App SDK that allows users to build custom applications directly within the platform.

Attio operates on a freemium business model, offering several pricing tiers, including a Free plan for small teams, as well as Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans for scaling businesses with more advanced needs. The company targets high-growth technology companies and serves over 5,000 paying customers, including notable names like Lovable, Modal, Replicate, and Public. Attio has successfully raised a total of $141 million over seven funding rounds. Its latest funding was a Series B round, which included investors like GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint Ventures, Balderton Capital, and Point Nine.
