Aspect Analytics is a Belgian biotechnology company founded in 2018 as a spin-off from KU Leuven by Marc Claesen, Thomas Moerman, and Nico Verbeeck. The company develops bioinformatics software for the life sciences sector, focusing on spatial multi-omics research.

The core offering is a patented, vendor-neutral, cloud-based platform called Weave. This software is designed to integrate and analyze large-scale spatial biology data from various technologies, including mass spectrometry imaging, spatial transcriptomics, multiplexed fluorescence microscopy, and histology. In September 2025, Aspect Analytics announced it had raised €10 million in a Series A funding round to support international expansion and further product development. The round was co-led by PMV and Capricorn Partners, with participation from existing investors like Heran Partners, Gemma Frisius Fund, and KU Leuven. Concurrently, the company announced a leadership transition, with co-founder Marc Claesen moving to the role of Chief Technology Officer and Steven Verhoeven appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
