Antway Inc. operates "Tsukurioki.jp," a subscription-based meal delivery service in Japan, targeting the growing market of dual-income households. Founded in November 2018 by CEO Kei Maejima, the company aims to reduce the burden of domestic chores, encapsulated in its mission to "eliminate obligations from every household." Maejima's motivation stems from his personal experience watching his mother struggle with housework, which he felt limited her opportunities. Prior to founding Antway, he worked as an engineer and in business development at Recruit Holdings after completing a master's degree at the University of Tokyo.

The company's core service, launched in February 2020, delivers a weekly selection of refrigerated, ready-to-heat side dishes prepared in its own kitchens. The menus are supervised by dietitians and chefs, offering over 1,000 different recipes on a rotating basis. The business model is direct-to-consumer (D2C), with Antway managing the entire process from food preparation to delivery. Revenue is generated through weekly subscription plans, such as a 3-meal or 5-meal option. Antway has expanded its service area from select Tokyo districts to 46 prefectures across Japan, excluding Okinawa.

Significant milestones include multiple funding rounds, reaching a cumulative total of approximately ¥6.5 billion by November 2025 with its Series D round. This capital is being used to open new kitchens to increase production capacity, enhance its organizational structure, and fund international expansion. Antway established a subsidiary in Singapore in October 2025 to begin its global market entry. The company also offers its services as a corporate fringe benefit and is expanding through a franchise model.
