Andercore is a Berlin-based AI-driven B2B industrial trade platform founded in 2021 by Philipp Andernach (CEO). It buys from international suppliers and sells to local industrial buyers on its own account across infrastructure, energy and building materials, while its AI orchestrates pricing, quoting, quality assurance, distribution and embedded financing across European markets. Customers named in press include Synthos Group, Wolf & Müller, Sotralenz Construction, Phnix and Strabag; the company cites thousands of large-scale transactions per month across seven European markets. In February 2026 Andercore raised €33.5 million ($40 million) in equity and debt financing with Atomico, Project A and Inven Capital plus institutional financing from Commerzbank and KfW, taking disclosed total capital raised to about €62 million ($75 million), to expand geography and categories and deepen the AI platform so suppliers can eventually sell more directly through the system.
