About AllSystem
In 1988, the story of AllSystem began, focusing primarily on security systems through its initial company, AllSystem-1 s.r.l. . This entity quickly established itself in the market for technological security systems, growing to handle over 30,000 installations. The group's other major arm, Allsystem S.p.A., concentrated on providing security and surveillance services. A key growth strategy emerged through a series of acquisitions. In 2005, Allsystem S.p.A. acquired Cittadini dell'Ordine S.p.A., Italy's first private security institute, founded in 1870. This was followed in 2006 by the acquisition of several Mondialpol branches, which allowed AllSystem to enter the cash-in-transit and cash handling market, solidifying its position in the Piedmont region. A pivotal moment in the company's journey occurred in July 2018 when AllSystem, led by entrepreneur Vincenzo Serrani, reached an agreement to acquire control of IVRI (Istituti di Vigilanza Riuniti d'Italia). This move was a significant step towards creating a national champion in the Italian private security sector. The combination of AllSystem and IVRI aimed to create a powerhouse with the scale to meet evolving client demands and technological challenges, signaling a clear strategy of market consolidation. This created a group with a significant footprint across Italy, employing thousands and serving over 80,000 clients.
