The company was incorporated on May 29, 2013, and is an affiliate of Vista Land, the Philippines' largest homebuilder. It was founded by Manuel B. Villar, Jr., a businessman and former politician with extensive experience in real estate development, having founded Camella Homes in the early 1970s. His background in homebuilding provided a strategic advantage for AllHome, creating a synergistic relationship with Vista Land's housing projects and a captive market of new homeowners. AllHome launched its first store in 2013 and went public with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Philippine Stock Exchange in October 2019.
