Finney's experience, including his role as a founding employee and Chief Commercial Officer at O3b Networks, revealed a significant gap in ground system technology capable of leveraging the new wave of satellite constellations. This insight led to the creation of ALL.SPACE, with a mission to unify satellite and terrestrial communications. The company has since secured substantial funding, totaling approximately $160 million, from investors including Seraphim Space, Boeing, AE Industrial Partners, and BOKA Group, which has supported the development and forthcoming commercial launch of its technology. In 2024, Paul McCarter, a seasoned leader with experience at Thales, Serco, and Cobham, took over as CEO to steer the company through its next phase of growth, while Finney remains involved as a founder and board director.
