Algomatic is a startup studio focused on developing and providing services that utilize generative AI technologies like large-scale language models. The company was established in April 2023 by Shunsuke Onosaka and is a group company of DMM.com. Algomatic received an initial investment of 2 billion JPY from DMM to launch multiple businesses simultaneously in the generative AI space.

The founder and CEO, Shunsuke Onosaka, is a graduate of the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Engineering, where he was involved in research projects using deep learning. He later worked at Indeed on new business development and machine learning infrastructure. In 2018, he founded Algoage Inc., a company specializing in solutions using machine learning and deep learning, which was acquired by the DMM Group in 2020. The emergence of ChatGPT prompted him to establish Algomatic to create a series of new products specific to generative AI.

Algomatic operates with a startup studio model, running multiple companies in parallel to rapidly launch new products. This structure allows each internal company to have autonomy over its management and decision-making. Their portfolio of services includes: * **Algomatic AI Transformation (AX):** Provides AI consulting, system development, and personnel training to support corporate transformation across various industries. * **Recruta AI:** An AI agent for the HR industry that supports the entire recruitment process, from candidate discovery to sending scouts. * **Apodori:** A sales AI agent that handles tasks up to securing business negotiations with key people in target companies. * **AlgoGames Translation:** A specialized translation service for games that uses a unique AI translation engine to maintain the game's worldview at high speed and low cost. * **Niji Voice & Niji Chat:** An AI voice generation service and a platform for real-time conversations with an AI. * **Shigoraku AI:** A platform that allows businesses to safely and easily use generative AI like ChatGPT.
