About AIRMO

AIRMO is a Berlin- and Luxembourg-based climate and space-tech company co-founded by CEO Daria Stepanova with Pavels Razmajevs, Dr Errico Armandillo and Harriet von Kügelgen, developing greenhouse-gas monitoring that combines a SWIR imager with micro-LiDAR on drones, aircraft and, planned for 2027, small satellites. Backed by ESA’s InCubed programme, AIRMO reports higher-accuracy facility-level methane and CO₂ detection already used commercially by energy operators including Uniper, Total and ESCE across Europe, Central Asia and MENA. In March 2026 AIRMO raised a €5 million Seed led by Ananda Impact Ventures with Unconventional Ventures, kopa ventures, Desai Ventures, Hypernova/New Venture Securities, EQT Partners (as strategics) and returning Antler, Findus Ventures, E2MC and Pilabs, to fund the first satellite mission and scale airborne coverage.
