The game was developed by Defination Studio, a blockchain-focused gaming startup co-founded by Jackson Neo and Maestro Sim in August 2021. It was launched in 2021 and draws inspiration from successful titles like Hearthstone and Axie Infinity, aiming to merge traditional gaming with play-to-earn blockchain models.

The game's narrative is set in the year 23100 on "Planet Earth Zero," a post-apocalyptic world where the ozone layer is gone and oceans have become deserts. In this desolate landscape, survivors battle for supremacy using powerful armored vehicles. Players assemble teams of tanks, which are minted as NFTs, to engage in strategic player-versus-player (PvP) and player-versus-environment (PvE) battles. The core gameplay revolves around outwitting opponents through tactical decisions and team building.

The business model centers on its native utility token, $A.O.T, which underpins the in-game economy. Revenue is generated through various in-game activities. Players use $A.O.T tokens to mint new tank NFTs, forge tank parts, and make purchases in the marketplace.
