Advantec-HR, formerly known as Advantech Solutions, operated as a provider of human resource outsourcing solutions in the United States, headquartered in Tampa, Florida. The company was founded in 1999 and its marketing presence was established through a group of companies under the entity Agency Solutions International, Inc., which was originally registered in 1997. The leadership team included Charles "Chuck" Davis as CEO and Dianna Sheppard as President.

The firm specialized in delivering integrated human resources business solutions, encompassing HR administration tools and program management. Its service portfolio included payroll processing, benefits administration, risk management, insurance, employee training, and recruitment services. The business model initially centered on forming partnerships with insurance agencies, allowing them to offer Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services as part of their product suite. This strategy saw significant growth until a challenging market for workers' compensation insurance in 2003 led to high client attrition. Consequently, the company shifted its strategy, moving away from the insurance agency model to a direct sales force approach.

After raising $26.2 million from investors including Trident Capital and WorkGroup Designs, the company underwent a significant change in its operational structure. On April 29, 2011, the assets of Advantec-HR were acquired by Oasis Outsourcing, a PEO based in Boca Raton, Florida. This acquisition was the largest for Oasis Outsourcing in the preceding four years and positioned the combined entity as a major player in the PEO industry. At the time of the acquisition, Advantec had been providing PEO services to a diverse client base of small- and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. for over 13 years.
