About Adayana
Founded in 2001, Adayana is a consultancy focused on improving organizational performance for global businesses. The company operates out of Indianapolis, Indiana, and provides services across three primary areas: Management Consulting, which includes strategic planning and business transformation; Learning and Development, offering instructional design for both online and instructor-led training; and Learning Management Systems (LMS), which covers online solutions and human capital performance management tools.
Adayana serves a diverse client base in sectors such as life sciences, automotive, agriculture, manufacturing, and retail. Its business model centers on forging client partnerships to enhance sales within complex distribution channels. This is achieved by delivering customized and private-label consulting and learning services directly to its clients' channel partners, such as corporate branches, independent dealers, distributors, and franchises. A significant part of its strategy has included growth through acquisition. In 2008, Adayana acquired VERTEX Solutions, a move that expanded its services to the U.S. federal government sector, including the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. This acquisition was part of a broader strategy to target distinct vertical markets, adding to its existing focus on agriculture, life sciences, and the automotive industry.
In January 2014, AVX Learning LLC, a subsidiary of AVX Holdings, Inc., acquired the Adayana Industry Group. This transition aimed to further establish Adayana's position in the learning, technology, and business consulting markets. Throughout its history, the company has gained recognition for its rapid growth, being named to Inc. Magazine's list of 500 fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years. The firm also has an international presence, with operations in India to support its global service delivery.
