Acumino is a Physical AI/robotics company (founded 2021; spinout from long-running robotics research) that builds task-specific AI models for dexterous industrial automation—flexible-object handling, assembly, material deposition and packaging—delivered as robot-worker-as-a-service covering installation, data collection, training and maintenance. Co-founded by Minas Liarokapis (CTO), Patrick Jarvis and Tom White, the hardware-agnostic platform targets near-human manipulation performance and includes a no-code trainer for customer deployments; press cites trials with major automotive and marine manufacturers and selection into Google DeepMind’s first European Robotics Accelerator. In June 2026 Acumino raised an $11.7 million seed led by Radar Ventures, with Schaeffler, Big Pi Ventures, MegaChips, LDV Partners and Bulent Celebi, bringing total funding to about $19.2 million to scale industrial deployments.
