3P Biopharmaceuticals has established itself as a significant Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in the biologics space. The merger formed a pan-European CDMO leader with over 500 employees, combined gross sales exceeding €75 million, and manufacturing facilities in Spain and Finland. The new leadership structure consists of Dámaso Molero as Group CEO and former Biovian CEO Antti Nieminen as Deputy CEO.

3PBIOVIAN operates as a CDMO, serving a global client base of biotech and pharmaceutical companies. The business model is centered on providing end-to-end services that support clients through the entire lifecycle of a drug, from preclinical development to full-scale commercial manufacturing.
