To reach net zero by mid-century 100,000 homes need to be electrified daily across the globe but many barriers to adoption remain. Electrification depends on billions of households and millions of commercial building owners globally making informed choices.  Heating engineers currently earn more installing gas boilers than heat pumps, which are also more complex to install.  Startups are re-training existing workers and recruiting new ones to address the labor gap in the energy transition.
